Spring!
You know it's springtime when
- the birds are louder than the traffic, even in the city centre,
- your students attend classes in shorts,
- the snowdrops and snowflakes are gone, replaced by numerous flowers and blossoming trees,
- you can switch off the central heating, and
- your friend, whom you still owe a reply to a Christmas letter, asks if you are still alive...
