Home-made rowing machine

Just to make things clear - I did not make a rowing machine.

MrMojcek made it.

I just helped with the design, ideas, details, and execution :-)



 And I use it!

    I got a Flow roller. Would love a rowing machine. Any details on that ratchet/freewheel setup? Does it stand the force well?

    Hi, I'm planning my own DIY ergo project and I'm just wondering how the strap interfaces with the wheel? Is it just friction on the freehub body?
