What to do Nr. 11

Join a virtual Escape room!

My favourite one, the Enigmarium, is having one, starting today.

What to do Nr. 10

Finish the projects that you started in the previous weeks.

With permission from Mr. Mojček, here is the finished greenland paddle.

What a beauty!

RIP, Uderzo.

What to do Nr. 8

Another obvious: playing cards and board games.

As teenagers we spent days, weeks, hell, years! playing cards ("tarok"), so why not now?

Now is also the time to play those endless games that you otherwise never have the time for. Yes, Dungeons and Dragons can be played online.

And now is also the time for someone to make a 5-hour escape-room game. One hour (+ some odd minutes, ahem) is just not long enough for a 24 hour day.

Now THAT is something I'd be looking forward to!

What a spring...

I was awakened by a strong earthquake.

Looked through the window and it was snowing outside.

While being stuck at home due to the corona virus.

What a start of the spring...

Update Week 1

Time for an update.

1. Yes, I am reading. The warm sun, a comfortable chair and a good book. Bliss...

2. I still cannot solve the Rubik's cube without help. There is one step I haven't been able to memorise just yet... I've still got plenty of time...

3. I've "been" to Musée d'Orsay, Belvedere, Van Gogh Museum, MoMA, Hermitage and started the Rijksmuseum and Paul Getty Museum. One painting that really spoke to me, is this one:

Cezanne's Pines and Rocks. Kind of understandable, since I love both pines and rocks :-)

4. Still in the diamond league. Still learning.

5. Oh, we finished the kitchen shelf!

Oiled oak.

6. I managed to do three hours of workout this week. One more tomorrow.

7. Thank God for Skype and Zoom.

8. And... it's raining!

Such a lovely refreshing rain.

Me happy :-)

What to do Nr. 7

Call your friends. Call your loved ones.

You will feel better afterwards.

And hopefully they will as well :-)
