Roglič winning Tirreno-Adriatico and Pogačar winning Paris-Nice race.

 

Totally different from last year, when Roglič won Paris-Nice and Pogačar won Tirreno-Adriatico ;-)

Music time!

Claudio Capeo - Si j'avais su (beautiful, but almost too sad to listen to)

Paul Kalkbrenner - Feed your head (because I'm back on my bike suffering 😉 and need something to keep my cadence high)

City Museum

I don't know many countries that celebrate their 'culture' day with a day off work. 

But we do. 

And since we get a day off because of the culture, I usually dedicate the day to the culture. 

So we visited the City Museum.

And this is probably the best display of artifacts I've ever seen. So cool.

Pure whiteness

French Alps are always so stunningly beautiful...

Especially in 10 cm of freshly fallen snow.

 And yes, we had fun. This is me ;-)

Ahmmm...

A few months ago I bought a new winter jacket, this one actually:

It kept me warm and cosy even when the weather was like this:

It's just that my whole family is convinced I look like a James Bond villain.

If they'd at least call me a Bond Girl, I wouldn't mind ;-)

A lone tree

It's been a while since I last properly used my paint brushes.

So yes, I am rusty. 

And I know the painting is not perfect...

... but I like it.

And that's what matters.
