Time for some holidays.

We escaped the insane heat and spent some time in the heights of Italian Dolomites.

Gorgeous places.

And while we're at it...

I think the last time I was in Cortina was 22 years ago!

It's this time of year again ... when I actually watch a sports event.

Le Tour, of course!

And it's not just because of the sport, or the admiration for the riders, it's also because of all the beautiful places they visit.

Like today, Étretat.

I can't believe it's 18 years since I was there.

18?!?

Arco, again...

I've tried to count the number of times I've been to Arco (Lago di Garda).
I can not.

Despite being there so often, we still manage to find places we've never been to. Or take photographs of the same old thing in a different way. That's one of the reasons why we keep coming back.
