 And won silver medal in his first open-water swimming event :-)

We stumbled upon a potato festival, organised by the  

Society for the Recognition of a Sautéed Potatoes as a Main Dish.

No, I'm not joking.

4. No, I'm not fighting. I'm just looking.

Did you know that the first documented boatmen's fight 

on Ljubljanica river took place in 1092! 

I also learned the distinction between Krakovo and Trnovo: 

in Krakovo, there were fishermen and in Trnovo boatmen.

5. But I am taking photographs :-)

Swimwear

I made this a while ago: actually these were the last pieces I made before embarking on a trekking tour through the desert. Of course, the last thing one makes is swimwear :-)

Sewing such an extremely elastic fabric is challenging but definitely doable:




I made a one-piece swimsuit...


and a two-piece as well. This is the (out-of-focus) back of the top. I just love it!
